Can someone give me as much information on compulsive/pathological lying and the differences between the 2?
I want as much info on compulsive lying, pathological lying and the differences between the two.

Pathological Liar

A pathological liar is usually defined as someone who lies incessantly to get their way and does so with little concern for others. Pathological lying is often viewed as coping mechanism developed in early childhood and it is often associated with some other type of mental health disorder. A pathological liar is often goal-oriented (i.e., lying is focused - it is done to get one's way). Pathological liars have little regard or respect for the rights and feelings of others. A pathological liar often comes across as being manipulative, cunning and self-centered.

Compulsive Liar

A compulsive liar is defined as someone who lies out of habit. Lying is their normal and reflexive way of responding to questions. Compulsive liars bend the truth about everything, large and small. For a compulsive liar, telling the truth is very awkward and uncomfortable while lying feels right. Compulsive lying is usually thought to develop in early childhood, due to being placed in an environment where lying was necessary. For the most part, compulsive liars are not overly manipulative and cunning (see, Pathological Liar), rather they simply lie out of habit - an automatic response which is hard to break and one that takes its toll on a relationship

I can't choose. She shows symptoms of both pathologies. I've red-highlighted symptoms Kjees/Su Williams/Kees_Lady/Kjeina24/Sue O'Connor/Jimmy Hoffa/The Grand Enigma/The second gunman on the grassy knoll has exhibited in the past year.

The resolution to this whole mess Kjees started almost a year ago has been the same all along: Apologize, then drop it. We've attempted to drop it SEVERAL times--she keeps coming back needling, taunting, and riling to get it going again. She's feeding on it. She can't whine to Raven and Meta and Quin and claim to be getting picked on if it all just drops.

And Kees had the nerve to come back to that forum after the embarrassment of getting suspended, not just the main account, but the bogus one too???? Barb left the forum once again, as soon as the news of kjees' return hit her PM box. Here we go again--they let the bat back into the belfry, and people are going to leave again. When is admin on that site going to start connecting the dots?

No one stands alone--everyone has friends. It's just not that simple to spot a trouble-maker, cyber bully, and a troll. But damn, if you see a bunch of people leave, citing kjees', then see a bunch of people come back when she's been suspended, then see a bunch of people leave again when she returns, then despite whatever letter-writing campaign I'm sure kjees pushed her friends to wage, then the god damn light bulb has to go on over your heads.

I refused to post again. I knew what was going to happen. I was right. I PMed admin saying I wasn't going to come back until she was permanently denied access to the forum. They bagged up the trash in a benign, flaccid attempt to police the "disturber of the peace," but they couldn't bring themselves to carry it down to the curb.

Just a note: You can bag up all the trash in your house, but if you don't put it out for pick-up, it stays on your property, rotting, putrifying, and smelling up the place. Admin, are you going to wait until you see maggots? Are you going to wait until you have to open every single window to air it out? Are you going to wait until it starts seeping and sticking to the floor?
